Word on the Street

The Bagina Monologues project has really been gathering steam in the past couple of weeks. I've met with the costume designer, a choreographer, and an accent coach and have gotten some great input on the framework of the show.

I have to admit that some of the sketches have gotten me pretty excited. I'm seeing a lot of black and gold in the things that wardrobe is pulling, and that really just says "Bagina" to me. We still haven't found a set designer, so if anyone knows someone who works well with small spaces, please let me know!

This week, I will be hitting the streets of NYC looking to explore the feelings that people have about the word BAGINA. I hope no one gets too uncomfortable. But then again, so what if they do? Isn't that what this project is all about?
